Job Summary
The Supervisor Mill will coordinate and supervise all activities in the Machine shop.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Check the attendance and punctuality of subordinate staff and ensure they perform their duties efficiently
• Oversee the proper utilization of spare parts and other material resources within the workshop
• Receive job orders, specify material requirements, and initiate requisitions for approval by the Workshop Superintendent
• Inspect all finished jobs of an intricate nature to ensure satisfactory workmanship
