Job Summary

Old Mutual Uganda is seeking motivated, results-driven individuals to join as Agents. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in financial services, sales, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell financial products and services to clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the client base.
• Provide excellent customer service and financial guidance.
• Support clients in achieving their financial goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field from a recognized university.
• Insurance or sales certifications are an added advantage.
• Previous experience in insurance sales is an added advantage (not required).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common applications.
