These roles are based at Port Bell Brewery and offer opportunities in senior supply leadership, engineering excellence, and finance operations.

1) Supply Chain Director – UBL
Job Summary

The Supply Chain Director will lead the end-to-end supply chain function, covering:

Sourcing
Planning
Manufacturing
Distribution
Innovation delivery
Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) optimization

The role provides strategic leadership to ensure supply resilience, talent development, and operational excellence.

Requirements
Honours degree in:
Sciences
Commerce
Planning
Economics
Related field
Professional IBD qualification (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 7 years’ senior supply chain/logistics experience
Strong FMCG background

2) Asset Care Manager
Job Summary

The Asset Care Manager will drive asset reliability, plant availability, maintenance efficiency, and CAPEX execution across UBL sites.

The role supports world-class maintenance systems and long-term plant sustainability.

Requirements
Degree in:
Mechanical Engineering
Chemical Engineering
Production Engineering
Electrical / Electronics Engineering
Registered with Engineers Registration Board
At least:
8 years’ first-line management experience
5 years in plant maintenance management
Strong project and CAPEX leadership

3) T&E Coordinator
Job Summary

The T&E Coordinator will manage Travel & Expense governance, compliance, reconciliations, analytics, and automation support across multiple markets.

This is ideal for finance professionals with strong systems and reporting skills.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
2–4 years’ experience in finance operations
Experience with:
SAP
Concur
Expense systems
Advanced Excel skills
Power BI is an added advantage
