Job Overview

Mobiserve Uganda is hiring a Procurement Intern to join its dynamic team in Kampala. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or students to gain hands-on experience in procurement within the telecom and infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and collecting quotations
• Support preparation of purchase orders and track deliveries
• Maintain supplier databases and support vendor onboarding
• Participate in cost analysis and procurement data entry
• Assist in inventory checks and logistics coordination
• Support contract reviews and procurement reporting
• Prepare reports and presentations for the procurement team

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field
• Basic knowledge of telecom and infrastructure is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
