Job Summary

EBC is recruiting 10 Direct Sales Agents to support a client’s Palm Pay device financing solutions.

The role involves engaging walk-in customers at assigned retail outlets, promoting financing products, supporting onboarding, and driving sales conversions.

This is a frontline role suited for energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Acquisition

• Welcome and engage walk-in customers
• Promote Palm Pay device financing solutions
• Explain the product value proposition clearly
• Convert leads into successful applications and sales

Customer Screening & Onboarding

• Pre-qualify customers before application
• Guide clients through onboarding and loan applications
• Coordinate with HQ teams to resolve onboarding issues

Portfolio Quality & Collections Support

• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct follow-ups to encourage timely repayments
• Help reduce defaults and first payment misses

Brand Representation

• Maintain attractive Palm Pay branding displays
• Ensure compliance with promotional guidelines
• Deliver a positive in-store customer experience

Reporting & Targets

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Track and report sales performance accurately
• Contribute to team profitability

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–2 years of experience in:
  • Sales
  • Retail
  • Customer service
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Energetic and confident personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target environment
• High integrity and professionalism

Compensation

💵 UGX 250,000 monthly salary + commission bonus
